What ARE Macro’s?
Macro is short for macronutrients. It is comprised of protein, carbohydrate and fat and makes up the three basic components of a diet.

Why is it helpful to know my Macros?
Counting calories alone doesn’t necessarily track “what” you’re eating and may leave you feeling unsatisfied and hungry. Keeping track of your macros has you eating whole foods that are good for you, keep up your energy and leave you feeling full.

How do I order?
There’s an option to order 3, 5, 9 or 15 meals per week.

What if I have allergies/intolerances?
No problem! Give us a call or send an email and we’ll look at how we can work around it.

What if I already have a meal plan?
Perfect! Let us meet with you and offer a free quote to have us doing the meal cooking and prep for you.

How are the meals packaged?
All our meals are packaged in environmentally friendly containers. Just reheat briefly in the microwave. All our meals are made fresh that morning so there’s no need for freezing.

How do I get my meals?
Swing by No Drama Fitness at 160 Mahood Johnston Drive, Kincardine on Monday, Wednesday or Thursday between 5:30 & 6:30pm to pick up your meals, or we can deliver straight to your door or place of work within Kincardine.
